Business and Industry Continuity Planning Training, September 15th

Being prepared in the event of a disaster can make the difference between being shut down for a few days and losing employees and customers, or worse—complete loss of your business. Of all businesses that close down following a disaster, it is estimated that more than 40% never reopen. Unless businesses protect their resources from disasters, they risk losing it all. A small investment of time will go a long way toward averting serious damage to any business and help minimize the disruption a disaster can cause. In partnership with the University of Missouri Extension and your local Chamber of Commerce, the Missouri Department of Economic Development is pleased to offer a free training course to engage your company in business continuity planning to help identify what needs to be done to protect your resources and your business in the event of a disaster.

Please watch this very short video on You Tube about the training session and follow the directions in this email below to register.
